RBC Capital Markets acted as Joint Bookrunner in a $70 million Initial Public Offering for Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc.


 

Transaction Information

On February 2, 2007, Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc. successfully priced an Initial Public Offering of 5.0 million shares (all primary) at $14.00 per share, within the original filing range of $14.00 to $16.00 per share, for a total offering size of $70.0 million. This was only the 4th IPO since 2005 in the life sciences domain to price within the IPO filing range. Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals intends to use the proceeds to support clinical and regulatory development of its product candidates Azedra, Onalta and Zemiva. RBC acted as a Joint-Bookrunner on this transaction.
