Transaction Information

On November 5, 2007, funds advised by Apax Partners completed the acquisition of Qualitest and Vintage Pharmaceuticals, a leading distributor and manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals based in Huntsville. RBC Capital Markets acting Sole Lead Arranger and Bookrunner underwrote $507 million in credit facilities, consisting of a $75 million revolving credit facility, a $265 million term loan, a $27 million delayed-draw term loan facility and a $140 million second-lien term loan facility.
