Transaction Information

RBC Capital Markets acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Documentation Agent on the senior secured credit facilities to fund the acquisition of Axcan Pharma, Inc. by TPG Capital and its affiliates for a total value of $1.3 billion, which consisted of a $115 million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility and a $175 million Senior Secured Term Loan, and acted as Joint Bookrunner on the bond offerings, which consisted of $225 million Senior Secured Notes and $235 million Senior Unsecured Notes.
