	Biography

	John Aloisio is Managing Director of Global Foreign Exchange and Financial Engineering, based in Toronto. His responsibilities include the global trading and risk management of all foreign exchange and commodity derivative products, the marketing of structured commodity and trading strategies, and advisory services on trading, risk management and derivative issues. John established our financial engineering team in 1992 and successively added the complementary businesses of commodities and advisory services in 1996. John joined RBC in 1982 as an interbank foreign exchange Dealer in New York and subsequently created the currency options trading operation for the Bank. In 1991, he moved to Toronto and assumed the position of Global Manager, Foreign Exchange Financial Engineering. Prior to joining RBC, John worked as an auditor for Bankers Trust in New York.
